During quarantine I decided that I wanted to do something with all of the boxes we had been shipping in. In June I bought Halo: The Master Chief Collection, and have really been enjoying the game, so I decided to make one of the weapons from the game. It’s a little nerdy, but I had …

Jaymie’s California Dreaming Painting
When I started working out in Los Angeles, there was a long period of time where I didn’t have time to paint. I missed it. A lot. One day, once things had slowed down, I took myself to Michael’s, bought some canvases, a basic brush set, and the primary colors. I found an image that …

Stanley’s Piano Recital
This is my virtual performance for my piano recital last fall. The piece I’m playing is Arabesque No. 1 by Debussy.

I think this is the largest painting I have ever done. It was extremely time consuming and I learned through the process of …
Arabesque – Stanley
Arabesque: This piece uses a melodic motif from the song Arabesque No. 1 by Debussy. I decided to create a “lo-fi” style beat using this figure and simple chord backings. All of the percussion was created by sampling sounds of everyday objects.
