So this isn’t really a WeekThing, but I thought I’d share anyway. This week we made Kenji Lopez-Alt’s Foolproof Pan Pizzas. They were delicious. I bought six small cast iron skillets a couple of years ago to make personal pan pizzas and cookie skillets. I guess I know what we’re making next.
